We had a fabulous 4th of July this year. We stayed home and we to our neighborhood party and parade. We decorated the girls bikes and they all rode them the entire parade…which is a huge ordeal for us.
Here are some pics from the day!
Does Paul look like he’s huffing and puffing…we were both drenched at the end! :>)
Not very happy sitting in the heat on the front of a Volunteer Fire Dept truck!
Happy Girls eating snow cones and popcorn!
The girls even won a prize at the parade for their bikes being decorated…
Watering the crowd…and boy it was HOT that day!
We’ve hand enough…now lets go home and SWIM!
Patriotic Samantha..showing off her fancy swim suit!
We did work in the yard a little that day!
And clean the patio!
Hannah and her patriotic outfit…
Hannah collecting the litter in the back yard after our little family festivities!
popping smoke bombs…
And HOW many clothes changes did they have that day…here they are preparing for the evening festivities!
Shooting off parachutes on the green belt in the back of our house…
Waiting for the parachutes to come near the ground so they could chase them and catch them!
Coming up the hill from catching one..
And then the night festivities began…we popped some fireworks that night.
And then we cleaned up another mess…in front of our house the third go round…
The END!

Hey there! I was paging through some old comments on my blog, and found one left by you about three years ago. I haven't been by in a long time, so I dropped in today to see how big your girls have grown. If you remember, I also have identical twin girls born December 26, 2006.
I see that you haven't posted in a while, but when I showed my twins the picture of your girls in those adorable patriotic dresses, all my Noelle had to say was, "I want a snow cone."
Your girls are precious. I hope all is well in your world. God bless,
Michele
