We LOVE HOOTERS!

Ok, so what i mean is that we LOVE Hooters! If you know Paul and I, you know we actually met at hooters...years ago. Paul used to take his employees over to the one across the street from his shop every Friday after work. That is how i met him. One of his employees was a friend of my friend Jennifer and Jennifer invited me to go to. Yeah, it's hilarious and NO, i did NOT work there. Anyway, Hooters holds a special place in both of our hearts. So anyway, we used to take Hannah there often as a baby. She has tons of onsies and t-shirts and anything else cute for babies i could find. BUT, since the girls were born, we have not taken them there b/c the tables are so high, we couldn't enjoy ourselves and we'd end up seperated from the rest of his friends/employees. Well, today we decided it was time. I can't believe it's been OVER 20 months since we've been to HOOTERS! I love eating there. At first i felt weird going there...now i feel it's part of my life...it's part of our family history!! LOL. If i hadn't gone to hooters back years ago...i would never have met my husband..never had my children...goodness i couldn't imgaine that. Anyway, we went today and it went great. The girls were a little weird at first...but they slowly became comfortable with everyone around. It was fun..i wasn't worried...they ate a little food..Sarah colored some, the both sat in their high chairs for a while, then daddy held them for a while. Lastly, what would a hooters trip be w/o mommy taking her camera! I HAD to document their first time at hooters. So here are some pics! We were a bit of a spectacle...the girls were running around a bit...everyone was staring...but not a bad stare. More of a cute baby stare(i think)LOL!! Of course the hooters waitress' were and have always been all about babies. So i had to have one of them pose with the girls. :) Daddy and the twins...Sarah on the right, Sam on left!Our Waitress!

Everyone at the table eating!Hannah LOVES Alyssa, Tommy & Kristy's daughter! She's grown up SOO much in the past few years! Mommy & her girls! Kristy mentioned today, that the girls are soo opposite from Hannah. All i could say was, "YES, they are!" Blonde hair blue eyes, v/s, brown hair and hazel eyes...Hannah is just all mommy & the girls are all daddy! You like their new shirts! They were SOO cute i couldn't resist...besides, how can they be almost 2 and never have gotten a shirt from hooters! YIKES!!What would a Hooters visit be, w/o a beer? Um, can you say well trained or what??? LOL!!Time to leave and they were all 3 soo cute. Totally holding hands all the way out to the car! Can it really get any cute than this???? Their new t-shirts. It says "little diva" "hooters" We also broke a major record tonight. We stayed out until 8:07PM! Yes, seriously, that is a record for us with kids. We NEVER stay out late. Amazingly they did great! Time flew by and we didn't even realize it was so late until we got in the car!

My girls did a great job tonight...and made me so proud! Not ONE break down..NOTHING! I was AMAZED and soo proud of all 3!

O yeah and when i was putting Hannah to bed tonight...she told me : "mommy i love you....because you are taking me to the backyardagins tomorrow with cousin allison"! LOL! The things kids say are so darn funny! She's been saying a ton of funny things lately. I really need to start documenting them or i'm going to forget!

The 6 UN-spectacular things about me...
1. I've always dreamed about having the little white picket fence family(husband, 2.5 kids, 1.5 dogs)...well something like that. Finding my hubby and having 3 beautiful kids is above and beyond my dream.
2. I love to shop more than anything...i seriously get an adrenaline rush like no other. I can shop for anything...diapers, wipes, purses, shoes, clothes...just love shopping!
3. I LOVE starbucks coffee...tall, skinny, iced caramel latte...I could drink them all day!
4. When my hubby and i were talking about children and dogs...he promised me i could have as many dogs as i had children, 3 kids & 2 dogs later...i'm still waiting on another dog...preferably a nice sweet lap dog! LOL!!!
5. I think i'm a bit OCD about things...cleaning. organizing, de-cluttering, scrubbing floors, cleaning counter tops. Ironic in some ways b/c when i lived with my parents i was the messiest person ever(my girl friends remind me, every time i see them). To me everything has a place and everything needs to be organized just so...or it drives me crazy!
6. I never in my wildest dreams thought i'd have twins the second time around. You always "think" about it the first time...never the second time around.

Hananh's Birthday Presents & MOMS play group on her Birthday!

I had to cancel Hannah's dr. appt for tuesday b/c of the storm that didn't happen. Friday we should have our last dr. appt for her foot surgery. AMEN to that.

Pauls MUCH better these days. It's nice to have everyone back to normal for the time being. I need some ME time BAD! Anyway, enough complaining..here are a few pics.

TO ALL EBAY SELLERS!!

I just wanted to post this because i'm FURIOUS! I've sold many things on ebay and never ever had issues. TODAY i did and i sure did learn my lesson. SO, for all those that do sell on ebay...here's my advice b/c i'm livid!

ALWAYS ALWAYS make sure you track your packages. I guess in the past, i've shipped through Pauls work and so we've always had tracking. NOW that i decided to be cheap and THOUGHT i'd make a few extra bucks if i shipped USPS...BIG MISTAKE! I shipped this lady a package and she waited almost a MONTH to email me and say she didn't get it. YEAH SERIOUSLY, does it take a MONTH to get a package. Anyway, i had JUST thrown the tracking number away the week before. The lady and i go back and forth...but there was no way to PROVE i sent it to her! I'm SOOOO ANGRY...because i did, if fact track it but threw it away. I buried myself when i emailed her and TOLD her that i didn't have the tracking anymore. So i refunded her money b/c i didn't have a choice. SO, please, everyone that sells on ebay, take this as a lesson learned for all of us that think everyone in this world is as honest as we are!

TRACK EVERY PACKAGE and CHARGE MORE FOR SHIPPING!

Ebay does NOT protect you if you don't have proof, neither does paypal. DUH, they are owned by the same company!

Ok, i feel much better...and hopefully i'll have saved someone else some money if you get one of the crook bidders that wants to rip YOU OFF!

GO AWAY Tropical Storm Eduardo! Your NOT WELCOME HERE!!!

WHAT? Uh, i must be loosing it. We didn't even know a Tropical Storm was headed our way, Paul opened up drudge report and the header says "Houston on Alert: Tropical Storm Eduardo could make landfall with hurricane strength"! Yes, i'm obviously out of the loop on this one. This is the SECOND t.s/hurricane to hit TEXAS!!! Guess it's time to stock up on Hurricane supplies and keep my car filled up with gas. GOOD thing the price of gas is finally going back down a bit! I filled up the other day and paid 3.78 a gallon..much better than 4.20!

Great News, Paul is feeling much better. Bad news, i'm EXHAUSTED! Probably from planning a party and then for some crazy reason i got a wild hair and cleaned the kids room and game room...i mean i cleaned and re-organized EVERYTHING! Hannah received soo many toys, we needed to re-organize some and get some a bag or two to donate. I also had to wash all the sheets in the house(it's been feeling grungy in here since Paul's sickness), wash clothes that i haven't had time to wash in a few days & do a few loads of dishes.

We'll keep ya'll posted on the baby Hurricane that's headed this way!

This was mommy in the process of climbing up the mountain...OR, as i would say: "BUTT SHOT"! Wonder who took THAT PIC??? LOL!The birthday girl! SOO CUTE! AND Yes, behind in the purple shirt IS my sister with her big ole' belly! 28 weeks and as big or bigger than when she had Allison at 39 weeks! She's going to be B-I-G! But, a GOOD BIG!

I've started a post here and a post there and seem to have been distracted and none are finished yet! With Paul being so sick i'm really behind on everything...i'm the one running the house and pretty much doing everything around here. I'll post more later, but i wanted to update and say that we had a GREAT bday party...Paul was even well enough for the 2 hours, to join us. He is still very sick and i don't know when he'll be back to normal. I think he's not going to be 100% for a while. He'll be better for a few hours and then go down hill. It's so upsetting and nerve wrecking...but most importantly, we made it through Hannah's first real birthday party and had a blast. All of Hannah's friends were there, Melody & Ben brought Katie & Sydney, Stacy & Sean brought Cameron, Allison & Riley, Amy & Brian brought E, T, N, S & all her friends that rsvp'd from school were there. Of course Gma & Gpa B were there, and her auntie J & K were there with J & M! Of course Allison was there...and Maddy, Natalie, Arden, Sean & David from school. Jill, Yani, Zena & Demetri, who were our old neighbors came as well. AND, Hannah hasn't opened all her presents yet, but i gotta say, she LOVED all the dress up stuff from Jill & Family! She LOVES DRESSING UP!

All in all, the party was loads of fun! The girls were ALL exhausted. Sarah was SOO tired, when i got her out of the car her head kept slumping...and i accidentally whacked it in to the front door and she didn't even wake up. I didn't hurt her...but i did bump her head and she didn't flinch! It was kinda funny...she was SOOOO TIRED!

I think Hannah had a blast. I'm SOOO glad Paul made it b/c the girls were so clingy that i wouldn't have been able to do anything b/c i'd have had two babies hanging on my legs. They are just soo scared of anyone...even family.

I also wanted to say a big THANK YOU To my neighbor and great friend AMY-mommy to E,T,N, & S, for taking pics while everyone was eating. They turned out great...

Just for the records, Hannah was so excited that when we sang happy birthday to her(for the second day in a row-my MOMS friends sang it to her at play group yesterday too..soo sweet) she blew out her candle before we were even half was through the song..HILARIOUS!

Think that's all for now. BTW, i'm not ignoring anyone, if i haven't left comments lately! I've honestly been soooo consumed in Paul being sick i honestly haven't been on the computer the past 3 days for more than 5 or 10 minutes...I know, CRAZY! I miss my blogging!

AND, Thanks for every one's concern about Paul. Goodness, i just want him to get better soon! It's horrible to see him SOOO SICK! What's worse than Paul being sick..my BED hasn't been made in THREE DAYS now! Talking about letting go of my OCD with making beds...who knew i could go so long and not make a bed! LOL!!!
