Last Day of MDO for the twins…

It’s been a wonderful year for the girls at their new school.  Despite all the sickness and my issues with germs…the girls have really grown to love their school.  I enjoyed their teachers…and i’m sad that this year is over.  I’m ready for the summer…in some ways.. In other ways(entertaining 3 children for 3 months) i’m not very sure if i’m looking forward to that or not.  HA HA!  Just Kidding!  I know i will enjoy the summer with my girls…and we’ll find lots of fun things to do in and around town.

Swim Lessons Day 2!

The girls are kicking booty and taking names…or maybe just swimming like they are fish in the sea!  Sam with her kick board and noodle..

Both girls just kicking away.  P & I think the puddle jumpers really help them strengthen their LEGS…and thankfully since swimming is 90% legs…we aren’t doing bad.  Just need to work on ice cream scooping on their arms a bit!

That was all for day two…i can’t even imagine what day 3 holds for us.  Then we have another week in June for more lessons…i can’t wait!  I think Ms. A is going to work on the BACK STROKE with Hannah tomorrow!  WOW…she’s going to know more than me pretty soon! 

Water Day at Mothers Day Out!

The girls LOVED these slides…the one on the left was a bigger hit…they must have went down it 10 or 15 times each!  It was so hot i wanted to crawl up on it myself…

I might have an Olympic swimmer on my hands…

We started swim lessons tonight.  I just can’t tell you how or why Ms. A does such a good job.  She is one AMAZING teacher…and my 3.5 year olds were totally attentive to her and did everything she said…P & I were both shocked.  They said NO a few times..but once one would do it…so would the other.  I’m one proud mama tonight…and looking forward to our second private lesson tomorrow. 

 

Hannah blows us away every time.  I think she may decide to swim for the Coles crocs one day…i would love for her to swim…if not, there is always track and field.  She is SOO much more athletic than Paul or I…it’s so exciting!  I’ll spare you some of the less exciting pics…but by the end of our 30 minute private lesson..she was just swimming.  :>)  That’s my girl!

Mothers Tea @ The Twins Mothers Day Out

Mmm..all the girls could talk about were the cookies and cupcakes we were going to eat today!
